Dr. Nancy Brady (University of Kansas) will lead the panel with four participants who bring expertise in research and design and methods from outside of the area of severe disabilities to examine issues that impact the conduct of communication intervention studies. Dr. Brady's research interests include prelinguistic communication, communication interventions for children with developmental disabilities, augmentative communication, communication development in children with autism, fragile X syndrome and deaf-blindness. |
