Dr. Katherine Hankins, GSU Department of Geosciences and her colleague Dr. Robert Yarbrough, Georgia Southren University, have been awarded the 2008 Best College/University Article in the Journal of Geography. Their article, "Positionality and Active Learning: Confronting Privilege in Field-Exercise Design", was published in The Journal of Geography, 2008, Volume 107, Issue 4, pp 186-193. Congratulations!
