Dr. Seth Rose has agreed to a recent request from the Georgia Environmental Protection Division to serve on their Scientific and Engineering Advisory Panel. The primary purpose of this Panel, convened by the Georgia EPD's Director, Dr. Carol Couch, is to review technical decisions that will be made as part of the recently enacted Comprehensive State-Wide Water Management Plan. These will be very challenging times for our state's hydrological communiity and Dr. Rose feels very honored to have been chosen to serve on this important panel.
