Annual Information Reporting
Follow the links on this page for instructions on completing and submitting an updated annual report document. Annual reports are due to department reporting coordinator by Monday, February 1, 2010.

Your department chair or business manager can provide the name of the faculty reporting coordinator for your unit if needed.
