Research Interests: Economic anthropology, state emergence, material culture studies, ceramics, archaeological practice and politics, museum studies, European prehistory.
Current Research Projects:

Northern Greek Storage Project (funded by the Institute for Aegean Prehistory): collaboration with Dr. M. Roumpou (Research Scientist, University of Bradford). Comparative study of storage practices in Northern Greece from the Early Bronze Age to the end of the Iron Age (ca. 3300-480BC). A systematic and extensive analysis storage areas and vessels including the analysis of organic residues from storage vessels.
