Media Relations
The College of Arts and Sciences Media Office develops news items for press releases and works closely with University Relations to place stories and event announcements in university publications and in local and state media. The office provides news and graphic content for the college website and direct development of content areas for the site.
Georgia State's University Relations Office provides assistance with distributing press releases and media alerts and has a well-developed network of contacts in the local and national media. The college’s public relations provides information on college news and events for university-level publications such as Georgia State Magazine and The Villager.
In addition, the Media Office facilitates adherence to the visual identity guidelines established by University Relations by advising our constituents on the use of the official Georgia State logo, colors, typefaces, and stylistic conventions. (Click on link at right to download university logos.)
