Getting Started

Students entering the Chemistry or Mathematics sequences are required to take placement exams.  These exams help to ensure that you will be placed in the appropriate course for your background in the subject area.  For more information, check the FAQs pages for the Chemistry and Mathematics exams.

If you have AP credit, you may be able to use this as a prerequisite for certain courses. Please make an appointment with the undergraduate advisor from the relevant department to ensure that you are placed in the right course and that your work is entered correctly into the registration system.

If you have other questions or problems, please contact one of the undergraduate advisors for help.
